Trabalho e família: repercussões das transformações sociais nas relações humanas

Resumo

Tendo em vista as mudanças ocorridas no casamento e na família ao longo do tempo, sobretudo em relação à figura feminina, sua busca por emancipação e espaço no mercado de trabalho, este artigo visa abordar algumas dessas mudanças, ressaltando as crenças e desejos subjacentes que envolvem as relações familiares, vida doméstica e trabalho, articulando com resultados de outros estudos sobre trabalho, família e transformações sociais.

Abstract In light of the changes in marriage and family over time, with particular reference to the female figure, her quest for emancipation and space in the job market, this paper aims to address some of these changes, highlighting the underlying beliefs and desires, that involve family relationships, home life and work, linking with results of other studies on work, family and social transformations.
