Abstract

This text analyzes the project proposed by Marcelo Ferraz and Francisco Fanucci (Brasil Arquitetu-ra) in view of the symbolic and cultural preservation, through the architectural and landscape re-novation of Terreiro Baiano of Candomblé Ilê Axé Oxumarê, located in the city of Salvador, consi-dered one of the most former centers of Afro-Brazilian cult of Bahia registered by IPHAN in 2013.
