Abstract

Field survey contemplating ergonomic demands prevalent in the bakery industry regarding the manifestations related to the baker's routine in his work environment; addressing occupational safety and health challenges in the industry. The results confirmed hypotheses raised throughout the article. Potentially applicable improvements in the industry are suggested.
