PARTICIPAÇÃO DO USUÁRIO EM PROJETOS ABERTOS DE TECNOLOGIA ASSISTIVA

Abstract

As Open-Source platforms, they have allowed the participation of users in the development of products and services. This research aimed to generate theoretical knowledge to support the development of collaborative platforms and the open availability of assistive technology. A systematic literature review sought to define the concept of open source, participatory design, user centred design, as well as its other nomenclatures and variations. The results present a discussion of how user participation occurs in the development of tools and open platforms, to project proportions for medical devices in assistive technology.
