The objective of this study is to present an integrative literature review, searching for national and international articles, theses and dissertations that address the topic of interaction design aimed at dyslexia and psychosis. The databases used for the survey of bibliographic sources were Scielo and Portal Capes. An advanced search was used, adopting the following descriptors in Portuguese and their corresponding ones in English for the search: dislexia (dyslexia); psicose (psychosis) and design de interação (Interection design). As inclusion criteria, full articles in English and Portuguese published in the last five years were considered, based on reading the title and resumo/abstract. Articles repeated in the databases and articles that presented software to assess the reading of subjects without dyslexia and psychosis were excluded from this review. The fomentation of the research arose from the questioning involved on ascertaining from the researched literature whether the elements of interaction of digital books and games help in the inclusion of users with learning disabilities. In general, the published works showed that the construction and application of instruments aim to facilitate the performance of dyslexic and psychotic individuals in the educational process.
