A REFLECTION ON THE INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE OF COMLURB’S WEBSITE SELECTIVE WASTE COLLECTION AREA

Abstract

With the purpose to make easier for the citizens find informations about the selective waste collection service provided by Comlurb on company’s website, an information architecture was suggested using the user-centered design approach. The groups created were based on users’ mental model, resulting in ambiguous organization scheme of the content.
