In this context where the conversation is the interface, the design challenge is related to choosing the right words. This study is characterized by a qualitative research, conducted by performing tasks analysis, also it was conducted a brief literature review on the topic. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of voice assistants in performing simple and complex tasks. Results show that it is possible to perform simple tasks only by voice command, but advances in the technology of assistants and integrations with other services are needed for more complex tasks can be performed in Portuguese through this interface.
