The problems present on the sidewalks in Manaus constitute a problem that limits the movement of passersby, especially users with physical disabilities who depend on their full conditions. In this context, we seek to capture directly from potential users suggestions of features for a digital tool aimed at improving the sidewalks of Manaus. To achieve this objective, the Brainstorming technique was used with representatives of two groups: people with physical disabilities and people who were heavy users of map applications. The results of the ideation sessions indicate that the tool informs the accessibility condition of the sidewalks. These findings indicate that the digital solution must be an application aimed at highlighting accessibility problems on sidewalks, so that users themselves collaborate and have access to information mutually.
